UGC NET Exam 2021 - Dates, Eligibility Criteria and Score Card

The National Eligibility Test (NET) is an eligibility test for lecturers and junior research fellowship in the universities and colleges. It is regulated by the University Grants Commission (UGC). It is necessary for any candidate who wants to pursue their career in teaching in colleges and universities in India. The exam is conducted twice in a year and the examination dates are out.
The University Grants Commission has released the National Eligibility Test or UGC NET 2021 exam schedule. National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the revised exam dates on its official site. Earlier the exam has been postponed many times due to different reasons. But now this exam will start from 20th November 2021. UGC NET 2021 exam date is for December 2020 and June 2021 papers.

Requests were being made by the students to postpone the exam in view of the possible clash with other exams. It was only after considering this that the UGC NET 2021 exam was postponed and a new schedule was released. According to the new exam schedule, the examinations will be conducted from 20 November to 30 November 2021 and from 1 to 5 December 2021.

The date of issue of its admit card will be announced soon. The admit card will contain all the important details related to the examination such as date, time, venue etc. and the candidates will be required to carry it with them to the examination hall.
