In the final episode of The Book of Boba Fetts (at least the first season), Boba (Temuera Morrison) and his friends go to war against the Pike Syndicate on the streets of Mos Espa. Thus, creative thinking comes into play as Fennec goes in search of the leader of the Pyke Syndicate, and Boba and Dean try to keep the fort at bay. But as he makes his way to the leader of the Pyke Syndicate, Fennec offers to help Drush's team so they can regroup with Boba Fett and Dean. Before Mando can rejoin Grogu, he must first plan a battle with Fennec Shand, who has deployed Boba Fetts' forces at strategic points in the city to strike first when Pyke's reinforcements arrive on Tatooine.
Outnumbered, Boba and his followers did their best to hold out until reinforcements from Freetown (formerly Mospergo) arrived. Meanwhile, Mando is reunited with a little friend, Bobas' pet Rancor, who lends a helping hand, and the two bounty hunters meet in a long-awaited showdown. Boba Fett discusses his grudges, Mando slashing with his black sword, and Baby Yoda using his Jedi powers against a large scorpion droid. Boba reacts with his Gaderffy stick, killing the desperate one when he gets interesting.

But as soon as Boba comes in with a grudge, the droids are shot down one by one. Eventually, Boba unleashes his trump card, sending his inner grudge into battle. With the battle droids smashed to pieces, Cad eventually sides with Boba, shooting fire in the face of the displeasure, pushing the bounty hunter away from the beast; a monster that hovers over buildings. The large chunks of metal are finally destroyed by Boba riding the vicious monster, Mando finally breaking through their shield with the black saber and Grogus' force abilities.
Boba goes to the palace to pick up his evil new friend and send him into battle against the Scorpenek droids, but Cad Bane uses his flamethrower to knock Boba off his perch. At first, Boba also shows enough restraint, resisting Baines' attempt to goad him into shooting, revealing that the Pikes killed Bob Tusken's friends. When Boba asks to negotiate only with the Pyke Chief, Bane lures him in with the bomb that the Pyke used to kill his Tusken family.
Instead, he says he will only negotiate with the leader of the Pyke Syndicate, but Cad Bane wonders why he would be willing to talk to them, especially after they staged a massacre of the Tusken Raiders who welcomed him and made Fett part of their tribe. . However, with his Tusken staff, Boba defeats Cad, kills him, and avenges the Tuskens killed by the Pyke Syndicate, not the Sandbiker Gang. After hearing Baines' taunts and looking rather defeated, Boba wins with his Tusken staff. Boba is tempted to get into a gunfight, but Fennec manages to calm him down.
There's still a lot to see in Mos Espe, but this season has done little to turn Boba and the others into characters who beg to follow as we explore. Reaction to The Book of Boba Fett has been rather lukewarm, but this episode leaves room for future releases. Quite a few things need to be decided after watching the finale, the seventh episode in what feels oddly truncated.
This ending is a story of underpowered villains, telegraphed plot points (furious Rancor, we're looking at you), and the over-reliance on the season finale formula seen previously in The Mandalorian. And in terms of grander outcomes, the events of the episode have nothing to do with future installments of The Book of Boba Fett or the ongoing adventures of The Mandalorian (which will return in Season 3). Boba had a good time and the ending ended up being an interesting story for him, but I can't help but wonder what he'd be capable of if it wasn't for Fett's distraction in chapters 5 and 6, possibly transformed. Mandalorian-related content in a separate special issue. Although the season finale offered a wild battle reminiscent of Godzilla at the level of a pint of beer, The Book of Boba Fett lacked the intensity of the season one finale of The Mandalorians, and felt a bit old-fashioned in its western-inspired confrontation.
And where The Mandalorian season 2 finale gave us a Luke Skywalker cameo and introduced a brand new TV show, all that can be found in The Book of Boba Fett is taking Cobb Want in Bob's bacta tank, while Modifier, who returned Fennec to health is waiting to go to work. Overall, The Book of Boba Fett had a lot of funny moments, including some returns or introductions of characters that felt like a Star Wars dream come true, but overall the series still lacked direction, especially when trying to figure out what exactly Fett tried to get things done when he took over Jabba the Hutt's former territory. This week's final episode saw a grand finale to the rising tensions surrounding Tatooine, with Fett and his friends taking on the famous Star Wars villain in a final duel.
The seventh episode of The Book of Boba Fett aired Wednesday, completing the former bounty hunters' mission to become Tatooine's crime boss in the Star Wars season finale. After two episodes that pretty much served as a preview of The Mandalorian season 3, Boba Fett actually returned to his series this week as he watched the Temple carnage after the Pyke Syndicate emptied one of Mos Espace's favorite wells. In the episode, titled "In the Name of Honor", Bobas' story returns to the fore after the last few chapters chronicle Mando's recent exploits. Episode 7 covers the conclusion of several separate storylines: Bobas' confrontation with the Pykes and the mercenary Fennec Shand, Grogus' decision to abandon the Jedi teachings and join Din Djarin instead, and the hunter's threat. ).
